Lodha Villa Cerro

Lodha Villa Cerro is a gated estate of Georgian Revival villas and residential plots by Lodha Group in Khalapur, near Khopoli in Raigad district. Set at the foot of the Sahyadri with a river running alongside, it lets buyers own both the villa and the land under it. Three options are offered: Premium villas on 3150 sq.ft. plots from ₹6 Cr, Elite plots of 4050 sq.ft. from ₹7 Cr and Royal plots of 5400 sq.ft. from ₹9 Cr*. The villas, designed by architect Hafeez Contractor, have at least four bedrooms, a private garden, a powder room, staff rooms and front-yard parking. The estate includes a private clubhouse, a temperature-controlled pool, padel and tennis courts and guest villas, with landscape by Landscape Tectonix of Thailand. Launched in January 2026, the project is under construction with possession planned for December 2028. The Mumbai–Pune Expressway is about 3.5 km away, and South Mumbai is roughly 90 minutes via the MTHL.
